People are our key resource. Accordingly we support all initiatives which make our working environment a safer place. We take the utmost care to employ best practise in terms of equipment and materials as part of any process undertaken.

Bowlins has access to a full time training manager to keep the company one step ahead in training requirements.

We maintain up to the minute modern training facilities in a dedicated lecture room at our head office. Courses for up to 15 people at a time are run using outside lecturers from recognised training sources such as the CITB and St Johns Ambulance. We ensure that all of our workforce have the necessary skills to carry out their tasks correctly and safely and are holders of all necessary training certificates.
